I have nothing but great things to say about this guy. He diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly.
He knows his job and claims over 20 years experience. He demonstrated that knowledge on my HVAC unit.

I've had 2 techs from 2 different companies unable to fix the problem. One tried to sell me a whole new unit for $15,000. I felt like I was dealing with a salesman not a repairman.

Turns out I wired the thermostat wrong and goofed on the programming. I love that Frank caught it right away and fixed the problem.

This is a long overdue review that I meant to do months ago.

After buying a house without central AC, one of the first priorities was to get central AC installed. I met with several companies and Angel from Southwest HVAC was easily the best one. He arrived on time (he was early and just waiting outside until our scheduled time) and walked me through the whole process step by step with a binder full of pictures. They were not the cheapest quote I received but I was willing to pay more for reliability and friendliness.

The actual job took about 3-4 days. Angel's crew was polite and mindful of keeping the house clean during the whole installation. Angel kept in constant touch as well and helped us coordinate with the crew and the people to do the patchwork/clean up.

It's been months since the HVAC was installed and it worked well throughout the summer and winter. In fact, I'm still able to get in touch with Angel to this day on one minor issue (the heater had some dust come out).

Overall, I'm happy to have gone with Southwest HVAC.
