5 star ratingI began to search for a company that would install a central A/C system to our home. I called Southwest HVAC to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. The next day I met with Tommy (Project Manager) who came by and explained in great detail how the whole project would happen and answered all my questions. After walking the house and going over the whole project I was really impressed with how knowledgeable Tommy is and felt I had found the right team for the job.

The job started a few days later with Johnny (Team Captain) and the guys working for three days throughout the house. They arrived promptly every morning and began to work on the A/C system, all of the guys worked together as a team and that helped for everything to run smoothly. Johnny would go over what would be done each day and made sure to keep me in the loop of what was going on while answering any questions or concerns I had.

Overall, I am very happy with the job that was done, I had a Daikin 3 ton system installed. I really liked how Southwest HVAC are very detailed oriented with their work. They do a very clean job and show that they really care about the work they do. If you are looking for a new A/C system do yourself a favor and call Southwest HVAC and get a quote, ask for Tommy!!
