I stand by my initial review 100% as it was my room, personal belongings, private items and I was the first to discover the situation. Any review to discredit mine should be questioned for exact motive, impaired judgment, histrionic personality disorder, and nature of relation between parties. Mixing work + pleasure will get you screwed in rear, I guess some like that, and share residuals with other unaware parties.This new rating is strictly only for my conversation with Julio, one of the owner. I appreciate Julio reaching out to hear my concerns, understanding the serious nature of the situation, and offering resolution. It shows he is cares about quality and customer satisfaction. I had southwest installed the central air and heat last year and I'm very happy with it. Nice cold air on summer days and warm air on winter. Today I had issue with the air condition unit and called Southwest and they came right and fixed the issue by the way. (It was not anything Southwest done but the someone reversed the fuse for condenser.) Now i have cold air again. Thank you very much. jae s.
