Southwest HVAC was awesome. They came for a free estimate explaining each system in complete detail for selecting the right one within our budget. We chose their #1 top seller. Installation was started within two days. A crew arrived on time and ready for work, taking care to cover things to minimize dirt & dust. The entire process was to be 3 days, from demo of the old system and installation of the new one, however, they completed it in only two days. I must add, the crew of 3 employees worked seamlessly as a team and were able to maximize the working hours through their coordinated effort. Everyone genuinely took a personal interest in our HVAC needs and the work performed. We were so pleased with the finished results and the follow-up by Louis to ensure we were thoroughly satisfied with the work and the performance of the units installed. I highly recommend Southwest HVAC and would use them again without any hesitation or reservations. Great job guys!
Note: the unit we selected was the quietest one and you can't even hear it when it's running, so Good!

Great service from SW HVAC. Luis gave a great competitive estimate on the duct replacement and even recommended doing some add'l work / pro's and con's. Even though SW HVAC was a little higher than the lowest bid, I chose to go with SW HVAC due to the technical knowledge offered as I had a good feeling the job would be done right. I'm a guy that would rather pay a little more and have the job right, then to be on the cheap and get average work that might have to be re-done in the future.

Fabian and his crew were knowledgeable and courteous. They listened to my concerns and tested what they needed to. He made sure to explain all the processes and what he was doing in detail so I could understand what was being done and why it was being done. Once we found my issue, he laid out many options to fix it without pressuring me to go with the most expensive route. I didn't feel that he was there to just sell me his equipment. The job was done quickly and cleanly and now everything is back up and running with their guarantee on the parts and labor.
