We just had our AC done like two weeks ago, it's awesome we can finally sleep comfortable...Angel was very professional, explained everything to us in detail never in any rush. Edwin and his team always so good and more than anything clean. All 3 day they were working always so friendly and willing to answer any questions we had for them. In fact Edwin went out of his way to helped my neighbor with her electricity. I definitely recommend southwest HVAC to anyone.

I called three companies to bid on Central A/C for my home in Long Beach. The first company never gave me a quote. The second company was SouthWest, and the third was another local business.

From the onset, their customer service was excellent. Oscar, the rep who serviced our home on the first visit was on time, very clear in his information and extremely good at following up with a phone call the week after giving us the bid.

When I followed up to get some clarity on a few questions I had, Oscar was diligent in returning the phone calls and texts. I was being sold on a Daikin brand unit, and had heard some so-so reviews. Oscar informed me these were the best in the business, and they had the best track record of any units they used. So I took his word on that.

The day of the install, Johnnie and Jorge showed up at 8:00am on the dot and worked all day to complete the job by 7:00pm. They installed the unit where we discussed, and even took the time to walk me through installing a "smart thermostat" myself, which I later did.

SouthWest needed to cut some access holes in the side of the home. The following Monday, they sent their patch/repair man Alfonso to come and fix the holes. Since he could not find the exact siding to match our home, he figured a way to use a hidden piece and paint it. The patch looks professional and the follow through was amazing all the way.

I would highly recommend SouthWest for HVAC services in the Long Beach area.

I work hard for my benjamins (who doesn't)? My grandmamma used to say "never criticize someone who makes an honest living." Fair enough gramma but what about people who make a dishonest living? As I called three different HVAC companies to quote me a job, it was obvious that there are a lot of scam artists in the HVAC industry.

Southwest (Julio) came out and gave it to me straight. He recommended what I do myself (can you turn 4 screws? it'll save you $100)....and what I couldn't do (hard pipe out of the furnace burner). His guys came in and got the job done. Some other gouge and screw artist wanted to charge me $400 for a job Julio did for $80.

Seriously....these guys knock it out. PLEASE call them for your HVAC needs. I was very impressed w/ Julio's professionalism. Don't waste your time elsewhere........your time is too valuable.
