Southwest HVAC was professional from the beginning estimate until the HVAC system was up and running. Tommy went out of his way to answer all of my questions, return my Google Nest Box that was left in the truck, and get all the necessary paperwork to me in order to file for a rebate with LADWP. They repaired and cleaned everything that was altered during the installation. You don't have to pay a cent until the installation is complete and the system is running properly. I've never found a contractor that doesn't require a deposit, Southwest HVAC is confident that they will do great work and you can pay them at the end of the job. My friends highly recommended Southwest HVAC to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fellow yelpers, my AC went down on Saturday and I was having a get together, So I went to yelp and typed AC repairs. Southwest HVAC INC. Came up. I called and Alexandra answer the phone. She was able to send a technician over within the hour. He was able to get my system fix quickly. He did advice me that my system was old and he recommend replacing it. I set up an appointment for Monday to see my options. Julio came over and showed me a standard & high efficiency A/C. I choose the High Efficiency Air conditioning unit for the savings.He also gave me credit for the repair and made the process very easy for me to make a choice. We called Southwest to come look at our heater that had been acting up. I only had limited availability and Jasmine worked to get the technician there promptly. The technician, Giovani, arrived on time, was professional, communicative and quickly identified the issue (bad flame sensor). I also asked him for an estimate to replace the HVAC unit and he gave a reasonable estimate on the spot. I'm very satisfied with the service provided and when it's time to replace the HVAC, we'll definitely consider Southwest.
